I would really like to be a kindergarten teacher. I know that those jobs are sometimes hard to come by, so my other preferences are 1st and 2nd grade. Since I will be an elementary school teacher I don't really have a specific subject I am focusing on, but I always liked math.
I have wanted to be an elementary school teacher ever since I was in elementary school myself. I have always enjoyed working with those that are younger than me and I think that one of the best feelings is when you can see a person succeed with something you taught them. I have encountered this situation many times while working at a day care and it is the highlight of my job. I cant wait until I have a class of my own and all I will be doing is teaching students and, hopefully, seeing them succeed and grow every day.
